Mezzanine Ideas

Is it possible to set up design parameters for each Zone? There are instances in jobs where different Zones will have different Live Load Ratings, Deflection Limits, etc. Would the solution to that be drawing two separate Mezzanines?

Each individual Zone should adopt the default settings from the Setup and Layers Tab when created.

The User can then modify those settings on a Zone-by-Zone basis.

The following is a list of parameters that should be controlled on each Zone:

• Tier

  • Solve For -Deck Height, Ceiling Height or Both - allow entry of Deck Height or Ceiling Height or Both heights based on option selected for "Solve For".

  • OR

  • Allow entry of "Zone Height Offset" which will offset the Zone elevation from the established Tier height defined on the Setup Tab.

    • This will help with deck areas that are inset or raised from the main Tier height - however it will provide a challenge for "Merge Zones"
