Mezzanine Ideas

When moving/dragging members or extents of a mezzanine, if we were to have it "snap" to an adjacent node/extent/framing member, it simplifies the movement and ensures we don't misalign based on our own visual acuity (or lack thereof). Snaps like intersection and midpoint would be appreciated.
